Farrago Fish stock a wide variety of fish, shellfish, and crustaceans and can provide anything we don’t stock with 48 hours notice. We are both wholesale and retail, and we select the finest fish from the Billingsgate Market and the British Coast.
Our History
Alfredo, the owner of Farrago Fish, comes from a fishing village in the North part of Naples, Italy. He is the 3rd generation of a family of fishmongers, and his Grandad and Dad used to travel to Northern Africa to purchase large stocks of fish to re-sell at the fish market in Naples. With a long-running family background of fish, Alfredo’s passion for fish goes back to when he was a child when his dad took him to the market. This has been a life-long passion for Alfredo, and he loves his work and what he does for his customers.
In 2012 Alfredo decided to leave Italy and start his new venture here in the UK. He worked as a sole trader until July 2017, when he set up his own Company, Mc.angel ltd, trading as Farrago Fish. The company has grown over the years, now serving around 30 restaurants in and out of London, including a big company of Italian restaurants in central London.
